Advertising Policy

AIS Indonesia upholds high ethical standards in all its activities and is committed to defending the right to editorial independence. Advertising or sponsorship is never allowed to influence editorial decisions or content.

Types of advertisements considered
AIS Indonesia only accepts advertisements relevant to the academic, scientific, and educational sectors. Ads that support the advancement of research, professional development, and knowledge dissemination in related fields are prioritized. AIS Indonesia will only carry advertisements that are legal, decent, and conform to current recommendations and guidelines. Claims made in advertisements are not endorsed by AIS Indonesia and are the sole responsibility of the advertisers.

Decision-making authority
All decisions regarding the acceptance and placement of advertisements are made independently by the AIS Indonesia Advertising Committee. This committee operates separately from the editorial board, ensuring that advertising has no influence on editorial decisions, the peer review process, or the publication of content.

Ad placement and display
Advertisements may appear on our online journal platform and are placed randomly or in designated areas of the site. They are not linked to reader behavior or specific article content, ensuring a clear distinction between advertising material and scholarly content. Decisions on the positioning of advertisements are made independently of editorial decisions. Print versions, if available, will display ads in designated sections, separate from academic articles and other editorial content. AIS Indonesia does not sell advertising space concerning particular articles.

Separation of editorial and advertising content
AIS Indonesia maintains a strict boundary between editorial and advertising content. Advertisements are clearly labeled and will never be integrated into the body of scholarly articles. No advertisement will influence or interfere with the editorial processes, maintaining the objectivity and academic integrity of our publications. AIS Indonesia does not publish material to accompany advertising.

Final authority on advertisement acceptance
All decisions regarding advertisement acceptance ultimately rest with the editor. While commercial clients are likely to have their advertisements accepted if they adhere to these guidelines, AIS Indonesia reserves the right to take additional time to review and decide on certain advertisements.
